twerk is a roleplay community. The journals that you see here are not real, and those who are playing them do not claim to be real.
RULES
1. Activity is a must. Don't even bother applying if you're going to die off within a week. Journals should be updated every ten days. If you hit the ten day mark you will receive one warning, but failure to update 48 hours after that results in removal. If you do update and it happens again, you automatically get removed. One-liners are okay, but don't make them consistent. There's a reason for the random community, kids.
2. Like in every other community, have an AIM and username that pertains to your character. Underscores and xs are okay, just as long as you don't have a million of them because then that just gets annoying. Usernames like joshuaianmadden are okay, but not joshisabeast. It just looks stupid.
3. Keep IC and OOC separate. If you can't figure out how to do this, don't even bother applying. Anyone who fails to keep them separate gets an automatic removal, no warnings.
4. No killing off your character. The only time it's allowed is if the character you are portraying has drug or eating problems in real life, and even then do it tastefully. With pregnancies, they are allowed but they must be played out for three months and please, keep it realistic. Slash is also allowed, but don't overload it so that the girls have no guys. Bi-sexuality is always lovely. If you want to do a mature storyline go ahead, but if I see marriages overnight and babies the next morning, then this will stop.
5. Internet speak such as "lol" "stfu" and "lmao" are allowed, but please don't overload on it. I personally use it a lot. If you're character is interacting on aim, then you're gonna use it, it comes naturally.
6. No adveritising other communities in this one. Also, OOC introductions are allowed since apparently after one person does one, it spreads like a disease that everyone gets. When you join, feel free to do one, but put it behind a cut please. Otherwise they just clog the friends page and it can get confusing. And we don't want people's heads spinning.
7. Have your disclaimer set up to the mod journal's userinfo. Thanks
